Lauren Eckstrom, yoga teacher, meditation teacher and author, opens up about a very personal topic, loss. She shares her own personal story, as she lost her unborn child at eleven weeks pregnant. In our culture this topic doesn’t always get the awareness it deserves. There is a lot of stigma surrounding it, leaving many to feel silenced. This discussion with Lauren even brings up how we define brave in our culture, and maybe something we need to redefine by ways of reception and outlook.
