Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom, yoga instructors, authors, and visionaries are a married couple who have been sharing yoga across the globe for years. Their latest project is bringing yoga inside the walls of prisons - one in particular is a maximum security prison, and changing the lives of those incarcerated, perhaps one of the biggest changes some of these men have ever experienced or known. It begs the question; if those behind bars had the opportunity or exposure to this practice in early years, would their lives have ended up differently? As Travis talks about the "product of our environments", it can't help but make us reflect on our own lives and what kind of environments we were brought up in, as well as the current state of the environments we create for ourselves.
